Welcome Jordan Nightingale!

WJ Interests is pleased to introduce you to Jordan Nightingale, the newest member of our team!

Jordan’s responsibilities at WJ Interests include building and updating comprehensive financial plans while serving as a wealth advisor to clients. His passion lies in helping clients achieve their Jordan Nightingale, CFP - Associate Wealth Advisor | WJ Interestsgoals. Jordan brings seven years of wealth management and comprehensive financial planning experience to the firm. Additionally, Jordan specializes in retirement planning, cash flow and debt management, college planning, employee benefits and corporate retirement plans.

Jordan earned a bachelor of business administration in economics and a master of science in financial planning from Texas Tech University. His career has taken him from the state of Washington to Dallas to the Woodlands and now to Sugar Land. Jordan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP) and a registered investment advisor with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Jordan originally grew up in the Houston area, but spent a few years in Fort Bend; he is looking forward to calling Fort Bend County home again. He currently lives with his wife, son and three dogs, and their family will be growing as they are expecting a daughter later this year.

1. What accomplishment are you most proud of?

My family.

2. What are three words people use to describe you?

Intelligent. Realistic. Sincere.

3. When you are not working, what do you care about the most?

Spending time with friends and family. I love being outdoors and traveling with my family.

4. What makes WJ unique?

Truly putting the client’s interests first. WJ Interests started as a Fee-Only firm 20 years ago and that philosophy continues to drive everything we do. Additionally, we go beyond investment management to ensure that all of our clients’ financial planning needs are addressed.

5. Why are you working in financial services?

I originally was pursuing a corporate finance career in college. However, I took an elective course in the Personal Financial Planning program that forever changed my path. I decided to commit to helping individuals and families to achieve their goals as their fiduciary.
