Bill Jameson, CFP® , Chairman, Partner Bill is the Chairman and founding partner of WJ Interests. His leadership provides the strategic guidance for WJ’s asset management strategy. Bill provides the inspiration, leadership and experience that enables the WJ Team to manage our client’s investments as if they were our own. Bill has 30+ years of management experience in leading successful business enterprises. Prior to forming WJ Interests in 1996, Bill was an owner and served as the President of Lichliter/Jameson, now known as LJA Engineering, Inc., a leader in the Houston Engineering Industry. During his leadership, his emphasis was business financial/strategic planning of bond financing for public works and infrastructure projects. Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a registered investment advisor with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Bill has been a longtime resident of Fort Bend County and has certainly contributed to improving the way of life in his community. Both by building a positive business climate through his work with the Fort Bend Chamber and Greater Fort Bend EDC, but also in the not-for-profit sector helping those less fortunate as a Trustee on The George Foundation and other not-for-profit organizations. Bill has spent a great amount of time traveling extensively around the world both for pleasure and in pursuit of hobbies. He has a great love for the game of golf and the sport of fly fishing. Health and physical fitness has always been of great importance to Bill throughout his life. Bill lives in Sugar Land with his wife and dog – close proximity to his two children and four grandchildren. Q: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
