Estella Bailey , Operations Manager

Estella’s responsibilities at WJ Interests involves managing all aspects of our clients’ accounts with excellent customer service.  She handles all client requests from the initial on-boarding process to facilitating money movement requests to all interactions with Charles Schwab.

Estella joined WJ with extensive experience in the Finance industry.  She has a background with AIM Investments as a Cash Management Analyst, Salient Partners as a Portfolio Analyst and most recently, the Operations Manager for Coastal Securities; a fixed income brokerage firm.  During her tenure with these firms, she gained extensive knowledge of mutual funds, hedge funds, alternative investments, and fixed income products. Estella is a graduate of the University of Phoenix.

Estella is an active member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. She enjoys working with high school and college students in her spare time as they navigate the next phase of life. Additionally, Estella teaches finance classes and is a member of the Finance Committee at her church. She and her husband are members of the KALEIDOSCOPE Guild, which raises funds for the educational development and social enrichment of children in Fort Bend County. Estella has an adult daughter and lives in Stafford with her husband.
